Constructive Feedback From BAL Employees

  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just want to be paid fairly for the work I do, and I want to stop feeling like I'm the go-to person on the team to take on ever increasing responsibilities with no change long term to job/pay.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone needs to pull their own weight and step up so that all the burden doesn't fall to a few top performers.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm doing the workload of at least two people, most of the work level I'm doing is far senior to my title, and I have peers being brought in with less experience and higher salaries.
