What makes you most happy at work?Learning about new solutions and resolving issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?We are all on the same page and committed to hep one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Open to listening to new ideas, actively seek ideas and suggestions out.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I just want to be paid fairly for the work I do, and I want to stop feeling like I'm the go-to person on the team to take on ever increasing responsibilities with no change long term to job/pay.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Everyone needs to pull their own weight and step up so that all the burden doesn't fall to a few top performers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm doing the workload of at least two people, most of the work level I'm doing is far senior to my title, and I have peers being brought in with less experience and higher salaries.
