No team outings for LAAs, unless it is volunteering, which is actually a good thing. For attorneys, I'm not privy to it.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Ballard Spahr LLP?
Pay is pretty lousy.

Not great & needs updating.
What unique perks and benefits does Ballard Spahr LLP provide?
Not many perks but good good 401k. No breaks for parking, and LAAs have limited support. Only 10 LAAs and work for 4-5 attorneys & when 1 or 2 LAAs are out, we back up each other & its hectic & hard to get help.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Ballard Spahr LLP?
A little intense with one office manager.

An hour or more. 2nd interview may be longer when meeting attorneys you would work for.
