I LOVE the values card where every employee is given a monthly allowance to focus on themselves.

Healthcare coverage and monthly stipends.

Each employee despite a salary, has 200$ every month and can spend the money for educating him/herself, also benefits include such things as vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid company holidays.

Health care is mostly employer paid.
