- What are some of the best things about your team?My team is highly collaborative and works comfortably in a cross-team capacity. Everyone is at different places in their career, but are supportive and driven to succeed as a team on the behalf of our customers.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?Big effort to communicate the plan and rationale frequently. They seem to have a genuine interest in preserving what had been for a long time a family feel to the culture. Frequent surveys and encouragement to give feedback. Good handling of a fast switch to remote work for 2020+.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Barracuda offers me the opportunity to learn and develop myself as a professional and build upon my current skills. The work environment at Barracuda motivates employees to live a balanced life.
