What are some of the best things about your team?My team is highly collaborative and works comfortably in a cross-team capacity. Everyone is at different places in their career, but are supportive and driven to succeed as a team on the behalf of our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Big effort to communicate the plan and rationale frequently. They seem to have a genuine interest in preserving what had been for a long time a family feel to the culture. Frequent surveys and encouragement to give feedback. Good handling of a fast switch to remote work for 2020+.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Barracuda offers me the opportunity to learn and develop myself as a professional and build upon my current skills. The work environment at Barracuda motivates employees to live a balanced life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There are no bonuses. Stock options are so small and take so long to vest to be negligible. Pay is not competitive.
