Non-sales departments (such as support, I.T., and facilities) are afterthoughts at best. We are understaffed and grossly underpaid. While it's true that our departments are a cost and do not generate revenue, consider how many customers you can retain without us.

Management appears to focus primarily on numbers rather than employee's wellbeing. Employees are given the same targets despite having different responsibilities and workloads. Some policies feel unnecessary.

I do not feel valued at all. Based on my conversations, very few do. There's little accountability across departments. Processes change, no one is informed and it's not documented. Hard to get anything done. The company can't get out of it's own way and align business priorities and process.

We dont make enough money for the revenue we rollover for Barracuda. For every $1 we renew, we dont get half a penny on. $1.5 million dollar quota for the quarter, a rep might see a commission totaling $4k for 3 months. Half a penny would even be $7,500 in commission so its not even that

Salaries need to be improved drastically, hybrid working needs to be adopted as part of the new way of working. Barracuda are not competitive in these areas and are losing good people because of these reasons.
