At first, I thought I had hit the jackpot with this company, but as time went on they showed their true colors. The perception of family and culture is only applicable when it suits the company or higher ups, but when it comes right down to it they don't care of about you or your family.

Doing my job, because I love what I do and getting paid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is fantastic. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, of which we all compliment each other very well. We work extremely well together and communicate effectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a loaded question because the outward perception is positive, but once you talk to people you will find that the majority of the employees are frustrated, annoyed and bitter over the culture and environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate lead is probably the best lead I've ever worked with. He is knowledgeable and treats each employee the same. As for high leadership, they all leave something to be desired. They say one thing and then do another with no communication or heads up. Makes for a bad working relationship
