Barry's is a great place to work! The atmosphere is fast paced and has a start up vibe, although the company is 20+ years old. The executive team is open minded and always willing to listen to employee concerns. A lot of changes have been made over the past year to encourage diversity.

They really care about employees and want to make meaningful changes to make Barry's the best place to work. My only wish would be for working from home to be permanent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Willingness to hear employee concerns and make changes. We have a robust DIB team and lots of community events. Endorphins also really DO make people happy - everyone is generally friendly, likely due to the positive impact of the workout that unites us all.
