The Leadership team is inspiring. Everyone cares about the company's success and works extremely hard towards a common goal; but they also care about each other. There is a family feeling where we are all connected and supporting each other in every way we can.

What i love most about my leadership team is their accessibility. I don’t feel disconnected from my team in any way. From LA to New York, whether I need to communicate with with someone in my studio or someone in another city elsewhere in the world, I feel connected to everyone.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is fair at our company, but the best part of all employees' packages, is that we get to take complimentary classes.

I feel that I have room for growth within the company. I feel comfortable with my compensation, but also feel that I have something to work towards.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I cover a lot a ground and bring a wealth of experience that I use to maintain the service my department provides above standards. I would simply value more money, but I love my company so much that I feel fine without out it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of by company as that there are no limits, or boundaries it seems for what what can become. The culture and environment is one of diversity, acceptance and opportunity. You just have to seek it!

I love when we get great reviews/feedback from clients. It's so wonderful hearing that a client felt the magic that we are so committed to them experiencing each and every time they come to the studio.

I don’t feel constricted by cubicle walls or the every day structure of the typical 9 to 5. I feel that I grow with the company and the company grows with me and together, we make each other stronger.
