The best part of being in this family is that we all play as a team- win, or lose. We are in it together and make the best of each day by simply being who we are.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of by company as that there are no limits, or boundaries it seems for what what can become. The culture and environment is one of diversity, acceptance and opportunity. You just have to seek it!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I cover a lot a ground and bring a wealth of experience that I use to maintain the service my department provides above standards. I would simply value more money, but I love my company so much that I feel fine without out it.
