What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have ALWAYS felt supported by my leadership team. I am encouraged on a daily basis to challenge myself, knowing that help and assistance will always be there during challenging endeavors!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an instructor, I have the ability to earn more as my classes fill up! This motivates me in my marketing position as well, because I have the chance to help out all the instructor's fill their classes!

It would be great if there were options to receive stock options or some sort of equity.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is hardworking, understanding, loving AND funny! Not a day goes by that I don't look forward to interacting with my coworkers (both in studio and around the world). Everyone has a special personality and a special place in my heart :)

Meeting with so many key stakeholders gave a birdseye view of who I'd be working with on a daily basis, as well as insight into the personalities of the leadership.
