For a company who promotes "family" as a core value and says they value their people. The employees are not compensated to the amount of work put in. There is a sever lack of communication between corporate/admisnistarive to the ground working employees. Proritization of guest experience.

My studio manager is great to work for and with. Anyone above that i can not say the say. Prople and culture (HR) is negilgant
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Infeel undervaulied becuase of the lack of compensation compared to the work required. Inmake below minimun wage once taxes are cut amd i am expected to do 2 job roles sometimes 3 if we are short team members. Their is an elietest culture at barrts with guests and facuilty
