What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I would love to see more diversity within the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was able to negotiate my package and be heard, but the idea to revisit my package and possibly grow financially.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how approachable they are and involved in the company. To actually see the CEO working as hard as everyone else is truly inspiring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with people who are determined to always execute in the greatest way possible. I love that, it allows me to be great and to be an asset to the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I can be who I am and bring my greatness to the table makes me happy. I also love that I feel like my opinion matters amongst the company, the clients and my peers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
With my interview I was able to tell what I could bring to the table and I received options on the places in the company that could fit what I felt I could bring. you could tell that they wanted to make me happy and to build the brand the best way possible.
