Everyone brings something great to to the table and we all work with each other as a family. We have created such a unique culture here at Barry's where staff and clients all feel like they are a part of a special movement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team always asks us for feedback and takes that into consideration when making decisions that involve the brand. I also love that the leadership team accepts everyone as who they are and let's us run our studio to the best of our ability.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment is that everyone can come as who they are and be fully accepted. Our CEO is often in the studios, takes class with us, talks to us and makes us feel like we aren't just a number. We really feel like family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Its a tie between our clients and our staff. Our clients and being a part of their fitness journey!! We have the most amazing clients in the world who really love being a part of our community. Our staff all work so hard and are so passionate. I love sharing our successes with them.
