What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although I've taken on several different rolls - Barry's knows it. Our compensation & benefits are great and I know we are seeking improvements to continue to reward our best.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our FitFam. The FitFam includes our team, our clients, everybody! From the top of the chain - to our sweet mail lady - I smile every morning I wake up when I'm getting ready.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Devin stayed in touch. I never felt forgotten or like I was being strung along. It was so exciting to chat with several people and get their perception of Barry's. It was transparent & real.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm excited to see my team each & every day. I truly have #FOMO if I don't make it to the studio or am out of town. When I go to work - it sure doesn't feel like. It's the place I belong at.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our expressed appreciation. From Joey, our CEO, Melissa, our CMO, & all - they know when to show appreciation and it's vocalized often. We can't forget about Heather McDaniel, although you can't explain her in words. She is truly a pillar of this company & deserves so much gratitude & appreciation.
