What did you like most about the interview process?
The length of the process. I only met with three people before I was hired.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our corporate community is well-blended with our client-base. We workout together and party together. It's a unique environment to feel so comfortable being yourself in a "professional" setting.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is a freedom and flexibility that I don't think is replicated at any other company of this size at this point in time. Everything in this space and of this size is much more structured.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are absolutely stellar. It can get expensive if you want any sort of speciality work done, like physical therapy, but it's incredible otherwise. And I love being able to do the workout, as often as I want, totally free of charge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all very comfortable with one another. As long as you fit the vibe, new hires usually feel like family right away. It definitely takes a certain personality type to work here, but because I'm that type, I really enjoy everyone I work with. The people are the best part of the company.
