Being around like-minded individuals who motivate me, and being able to motivate others - whether that be clients or team members.

Goals to earn more are reasonable - they are not so far out left field that you don't have a chance, and there are people who are willing to help you reach them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working in an environment where we want our clients to reach our goals transcends into our own workplace. We want to do better as a team, we want our team members to do better, and we want to support each other to reach individual goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessibility to managers and coworkers across the company is key. If I have a question about something, I know who to talk to and know that they will get back to me in an appropriate amount of time. If someone doesn't know the answer, they will put me in contact with someone else who does.
