What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We all have plenty of work to do, so there's a feeling of job security.
What is the best part about your compensation package? It is complete. Great benefits, and when the company has a good year, our bonuses are nice. But we keep going up and down year to year. We need more stability in our company performance.
What are some of the best things about your team?Good team , we all feel the same about how company keeps changing for the worse
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers tend to over complicate things. We all should streamline internal processes that do not bring value to the customer. They also need to be more inclusive of team members in other countries and time zones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel very overvalued, but more drugs would fix it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? No one with any knowledge is focused on company bision , they dont give stock options so lack of ownership with employees
