Hiring just management isnt enough.

Only superficial changes. No one focuses on customer centricity.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Not everyone fills the role based on their previous experience.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Just focusing on fancy ppts and marketing wont help when you dont have guys who know the product.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not at all per market standards. Experience is not valued. You are paid at same level regardless what experience you bring in. Not at all standard in maket.
