Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't get any compensations. The only good thing is that we do get paid vacation depending on how long you've been with the comopny
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and easy, I was actually hired on the spot. I love the interaction and chemistry I had with the interviewing manager and the staff during my interview
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I tend not to have much interaction with employees or guests based on the shift i work, but i don't have any security during any of my shifts on site
What makes you most happy at work?
I am a stay at home mom for the past decade, and this is a great way for me to distract myself and to get out into the working industry. I have worked in hotels before motherhood and absolutly loved it
