The housekeeping manager is sub par. She keeps all the workers around that do not show up for work. All the workers that show up on time and do their job are punished with no hours when they need a day off after working 15 days straight.

Actually showing up to work when they are supposed to.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to work alone. It makes my day much easier when I'm working by myself.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly there is not much positive about working at this place. I wish there was something better to say about that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
If I ever need to miss work I get punished for it. They cut my hours because the housekeeping manager gets mad that I needed a day off because I was sick. It's consistent every time I need to take a day off.
