The free lunch/dinner provided by the company. Can't beat your lunch and dinner being paid for every day
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was speedy once they knew you were at good fit. Cut through a ton of bureaucratic tape
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're all very approachable. It truly seems like they believe in the mission, and they truly are transparent in nature. I've worked for many places where transparency was non existent and everything was hidden and political, and that doesn't appear to be the case here at Better.
