What are some of the best things about your team?
Comradery is core within my team. We collaborate to resolve any issue that's brought to the department. We laugh about the hard things and laugh harder about the easy things. It's light hearted, which is a breath of fresh air
What do you like best about the leadership team?
SImply put, they're human. The transparency for their motivations is crystal clear. There aren't unachievable expectations of you as an employee. They always get back to you no matter your role and their role within the company when you have questions. The most family-like team I've been apart of.
