I enjoy the competition to win as a company and the fun atmosphere. It is frustrating to have had so many changing directions in the past 3 years but I love working with the people we work with here. We tend to learn how to do things on our own so the people who are successful are scrappy

They are respectful to employees and do not micromanage
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because people in similar roles at other companies are paid higher. I would feel better if my compensation was more competitive.
