It has been a great experience. I view this company as my own. I represent it in that manner. I would like to see more structure with bonuses as it is 100% discretionary. Create a bonus structure that feeds into the entrepreneurial spirit of the company and you will see amazing results

They care. I am impressed with the amount of people that "Give a damn" at BAF

It seems they care about making this a place people want to work. That hasn't always been the case
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People view this as their company. Entreprenureal spirit is something every company claims to have. People here actually take ownership of it. It would be nice if financially that ownership would be rewarded more. You may find it grows even more
