Best thing about my team is that we are focused on the goal of growing our market and everyone is working towards that rather than just being at the office and hoping we grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't believe culture is contests and fanny chips. The culture is a group of people who will work their tales off to grow the company. The positive piece of the environment is the people who do that and the relationships you form with those people.
