What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our managers are flexible with working from home when needed due to child illness, weather, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
The on site cantina! It makes planning for the week much easier when there is fresh, subsidized food on site!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think it's really neat that they hosted a town hall to share with all employees how the company is doing and what to look forward to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The beer fridge! It's so neat to have a beer fridge on site that all employees get to partake in when we hit our sales goal. I never thought I'd have the opportunity to get to know my coworkers in a casual way and have a chance to have a beer with leadership.
