I have greatly enjoyed working for BAF. I have built many relationships in my time here and I am encouraged to see how the CEO is pushing for a positives culture. However, I wish all the executives shared his leadership qualities and passion for a positive work environment.

The open desk floor concept allows for me to walk around and have conversations with many individuals and groups throughout the day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO has always been very approachable and goes out of his way to make his employees feel appreciated and heard. He leads by example and inspires the company to have a Bias for Action mentality. His commitment to the business and each of this employees does not go unnoticed.
