I haven't had a chance to meet all of them yet, but they all seem genuine and are passionate about helping employees grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not just my team, but others within the organization are all great to work with. Rather than just working within each department we work together as a team cross-departmentally.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people make me the happiest! Being able to go to work each day to do a role that excites me alongside people who are best in class is refreshing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employee engagement! I've never worked somewhere that offers external engagement events for employees. Company picnics, trivia nights, holiday parties, beer fridge to celebrate great sales/shipping days, and more. It's amazing!
