What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to effect change and help dictate the direction of the company as a whole. Constantly challenged and things are never boring.
The fact that I feel that I am making a difference in the company and am a valued employee. When being able to assist teammates in figure out a difficult problem or helping get a major issues solved for the customers, it gives me a great sense of personal achievement.

I appreciate feeling a part of a growing team and any corrective measures to grow myself and become better are always constructive. There's never a work day that goes by that I'm not learning something new. Lastly, I'm grateful that leadership team gives us an opportunity to hear and be heard.

I know I am making a difference. This type of compliance is very important and our customers jobs are on the line from regulators. I have had people cry on the phone both sad then happy when we fix their dilemma. It's not just a job and that means everything to me.
I come in every day and make a difference in the cannabis industry. We are propelling this industry forward through the work we're doing!
