The leadership team really cares about your well-being while keeping their expectations high, creating a culture that promotes hard work and routine stress management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I get along with my co-workers. As a woman working in tech, your co-workers can be anything from introverted to outright creepy, I'm pretty happy to say that while I'm not "besties" with anyone yet, no one has made me feel uncomfortable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
BioTrack seems to hold an amalgamate culture, mixing elements that drive ambition and encourage people to innovate while ensuring that we take time to decompress and relax. While we do have stubborn personalities aplenty, it seems like they can set these affects aside to work synergistically.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is that it appears to be wholly merit-based. Before my interview, I'd seen that people in my position typically made 37500. I asked for a bit more than that and they obliged, most likely because of my experience.
