Fair and balanced for the work that I perform. Not the highest but in-line with a longer term compensation strategy which supports the financial viability of the overall organization. This strategy reduces variability during lean economic times.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher pay and more support from management

We're overworked and under a lot of stress

a higher beginning wage, so it doesn't take so long to make a decent income

Promotions are not fair across the board. For some people, they are simply in-line promotions, a title change and nominal salary increase. Others are told that they need to wait for an open promotional opportunity and apply. BJC market ranges are well below others in the region.

I feel like a number to them and they don't value their employees.
