I was made for my position and it's nice that others can see this as well. I am rewarded every time a superior thanks me for my services. What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Poor leadership. Allowing poor performance to be tolerated to have a "warm body". Concern is more about quantity (to acquire $'s) as opposed to quality.

National health care, so profit and money can be removed from the equation of healthcare, better education for patients on nutrition

The organization needs to focus more on taking care of patients and the community it serves, rather than focusing just on the bottom line.

Scheduling could be handled better.

Just everything; ever since the big layoffs in the IT department things have been more negative and just not good.

I like the ability to have different opportunities.
