The support of executive leadership. They are there when I need them and they let me manage my team when they are not needed. They trust me to do the job they hired me to do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair and balanced for the work that I perform. Not the highest but in-line with a longer term compensation strategy which supports the financial viability of the overall organization. This strategy reduces variability during lean economic times.
