Mostly positive until the onset of COVID-19 and furloughs began. Now we are overwhelmed and understaffed and management doesn't seem concerned about reinstating our front line staff, but we've certainly been looking to replace the leaders/executives that left.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration and support. No one on our team would allow someone else to drown in work. There is always someone asking if they can help in any way and you consistently have an outlet for issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotions are not fair across the board. For some people, they are simply in-line promotions, a title change and nominal salary increase. Others are told that they need to wait for an open promotional opportunity and apply. BJC market ranges are well below others in the region.
