I got food after I was done.

I was asked questions relevant to the position i applied
Very quick and easy overall
I liked the Manager but he left
It went by very fast
Nothing stood out at all
The personal questions and made for a different experience you really get to know somebody when you care
The interviewers rotated allowing each applicant to soeak with multiple managers in each facet of the restaurant. They asked thorough questions, and appreciated honest answers- even if the answer wasnt ideal. They worked with me to find a position best suited to my skillset and comfortability
I was hired on the spot.
That it was a talk, face to face
Being able to accommodate my hours
It was quick and easy
I was informed every step of the way

The GM and DM both sat down to visit and learn about me.
It lasted 10 minutes and it was just me filling out an application, honestly too easy and many people that were severly stupid work here and it makes it harder on the people that are capable at doing their job
Review from Customer Success Dept
They were honest and upfront about the workload and expectations. Most importantly, during the interview or throughout my employment, I've never felt discriminated against based on my gender or sexual orientation. They fully abide by EEO standards, at least to my experience.
My interview process at Bj's was very professional.
The employers SEEMED to care
Review from Customer Success Dept
They asked questions about the future and focused more on would the interviewee be able to perform the job rather than focusing on past work experiences which can be misconstrouded.
My management was fairly straightforward about staffing shortages.
Review from Sales Dept
I was promised a position as a bartender, but was never trained or offered within my time at the company. I was promised 8 hour shifts when i was working closer to 10-12 hour shifts.

Have proper interviewers who know how to talk to others
Felt spoken down to the whole time
Interview people within a timely fashion of when they put in their application. If you're desperately hiring you should be desperately contacting people who put in applications, and not procrastinating for two weeks

Speaking to a real person
Speaking clearly to know peoples exact needs and work with them so they're able to become something with the company.
Instead of trying to scare away the people with potential to work and help, they should really encourage them and have us as trainers help them in a positive way and not treat new women like they're incompetent.
Nothing. The interview was fine
