Communication between management and staff
Management. A complete new management team of people who have worked as servers and bartenders prior.

Management needs the help when people are struggling, instead of sitting out on a laptop having a happy go lucky time with the other managers.

Respect and communication. Pride in completing a job correctly and in a timely fashion. Positivity and teamwork among the staff. The negative judgments and hasty assumptions should be erased when they clock-in, as the mission should be providing guest with phenomenal dining exp and having a goodtime
I wish the employees were supported more. Supported against the guest complaints and from buy one get one free coupons
