They don't micromanage the team
Most of them aren't afraid to get in on the line and help. I'm certain that the front of house leadership are putting out plenty of fires and helping the servers.
We all do are job keeping the restaurant and helping costmers

Jeb Wilhelms...our general manager is an amazing boss. He leads a great Management team...Then you got the "AMAZING" Mark. Talks down on people, plays favorites, and single people out if he doesn't get what he needs out of you. Cause youre only good to him right then and there.
Always looking at ways to develop talent.
Friendly stop asking questions please
everything the training is terrible staffing is even worse
Being real managers, supporting the team, considering all members apart of the team
Communication and being kind to their workers.
Review from HR Dept
being understanding and having empathy
Repremanding for unethcial behaviors in the work area
Communication, attitude, organization, overall workplace behavior, and what is appropriate as an authoritative figure.
Emotional regulation and treating team members better especially the front of the house
Making sure day shift completes their entire jobs (prep, stocking, cleaning for next shift) and management and staff not leaving until it is satisfactory.
Finding another job profession away from public service
Unorganized and lack structure or empathy.
Listening to the servers, bartenders, kitchen, and dishwashers. Most of the management were hired without going through those stages. They never understood the struggle and pain we went through. It was hard being able to relate to such incompetent people.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Equal treatment among staff members
COMMUNICATION. Managers need a Communication sheet and/or booklet. Shift reports sent to each other at the end of the day. No one knows what's going on at ALL.
Leading like professionals professionally as they should

Horrible person, Jenn Nosse, yells and screams at employee. Then punishes with bad sttations and food running shifts
