My serving team was wonderful, we all bonded over the same struggle of working for this company. The kitchen was wonderful, but the management was never a part of our team. They were our enemy, i would never work for a business that makes side work take an hour to complete.

I highly dislike management. But I work with the best for workers who try to best support each other. We all recognize how toxic the managers have made the place. It breaks my heart seeing people be taken advantage of.
New management and better hours
Listen to what the employees have to say not management fighting over who's going to or who's going to be better than doing what and at what
work together, show up on time and when scheduled. regularly ask each other if they're in need of help.
We need more teamwork. Everyone is out for themselves at bjs

They're lack of respect and professionalism is astounding and disappointing. That's my ultimate decision for leaving. Having to be stuck in/here derogatory fights with homophobic slurs used is unacceptable.
First we need to respect each other and be more tolerant/inclusive towards other people's, genders and culture's. We also have to communicate.

If the co-workers treated all workers with respect then that would tremdously improve the work atmosphere. If the co-workers communicated better and responded professionally when spoken to,in regards to a work inquiry, that would tremondously improve store performance.
Teamwork is a must. Stop being so lazy.
Side work should be made clear and simple. Hostess' should follow rotation. Sections should be clear and concise. Professionalism should be mandatory and people should treat others with respect at all times. Sections should be rotated
Respect . Overall they need to hire people that mind their manners and know how to talk to women.
