What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The communication is outstanding and better than any other job I have worked for. Mine you again my experience is unique in many ways.

The company team chat can be cool but they are very cliquey and tens to discriminate against people of color. Management also let very disrespectful things happen and be said in chats.
