What did you like most about the interview process? It was in a way both casual but profesional at the same time which helped me be at ease.
What makes you most happy at work?Good communication, great work flow, the work makes me feel like I am making a positive difference both internally and externally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The communication is outstanding and better than any other job I have worked for. Mine you again my experience is unique in many ways.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel that my specific position qualifies for atleast 10$ more /hour. The low pay is my only true complaint but it is a detrimental one financially.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Schools need to communicate and update one stop emplyees more. There also needs to be a faster turn arouns for the tickets. Cases arent being resolved efficiently which makes the case loads even worse by the end of the week. Communication for everyone needs to be better
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Better management who dont treat people different based on favoritism. Younger management or more engaging management. The management who have worked here longer talk down on people or lack compassion when letting workers go
