Back in the day, we dreamed of creating the best outdoor cooking experiences for large groups or families. For decades we relied on grills and other appliances to promote this joyful moment, but let's be honest, every time something seemed to be missing. When we’re barbecuing outside the rest of the family is still locked in the kitchen preparing other dishes. It's not the ideal experience. We wanted more; we wanted to COOK EVERYTHING OUTSIDE!
With a dedication to excellence and culinary greatness, that vision became a reality in 2008 with our cornerstone product, the 36” Blackstone Griddle. Since then, we have experienced significant growth, expanding both our product line and our expertise within the boundless world of griddling.

For the most part everyone is capable within their roles, and so our entire team functions well, and is viewed as capable to other teams.

I was completely invited to share how my experience could benefit to the team. I was a referral and was familiar with Blackstone and Blackstone employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like making my boss and team members look like a success. Also really like it when a good plan gets implemented and can tell it makes the future more successful.
