This is so by the worse company I have ever work for and I worked at a place that couldn't afford to pay me for a month.

Co-operrating with each other and putting more effort into their work instead of talking
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to work on communicating with each other and stop jumping from station to station.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired as a full time employee and just because I had to miss a couple days of work my manager cut me down to 9 hours this week. I'm supposed to be moving in two months and if I don't have the money I'm living on the streets. It would make me feel better if I was given the hours I was promised.
