It began very well, even though I was asked to work illegal late hours- I needed the hours. However, with managerial changes, I have been disappointed with the way in which they interact with employees.

Favoritism among management, stop triangulating conversations without all people present so that rumors start and circulate

Employees will cuss in front of guests, managers do not know how to effectively correct ineffective and wrong employee behavior
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not the problem, it is the inappropriate conversations that management allows, both among themselves and with the rest of employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop letting inappropriate discussions about minor's behavior happen in the workplace, follow labor laws for minors, need to follow appropriate corrective conversations about perceived wrong behavior
