It's been pretty good. Coworkers are pretty fun to work with. Most everybody been super nice, but then the huge Diversity and Inclusion thing came along, divided everybody up by protected category and treat them differently. They call exclusion inclusion and discrimination fairness. It suuuucks.

What is Blizzard Entertainment's policy towards pets in the workplace?
It varies per building. Some allow pets, some only allow dogs, some don't allow any. Also, your pet must be well behaved and sociable and not a distraction or health hazard. We have many dogs on campus, some cats, and some assorted others (a rabbit and a turtle, I think?).

Annual goals and performance targets are discussed and agreed at annual reviews and assessed the following year. There is a mid-year review to track progress, and if necessary, correct course along the way. Monthly 1:1 meetings with managers help to stay on course, or identify changes and revise goals.
