What is the best part about your compensation package?

Full employee health coverage and some 401k matching.

The profit sharing system was really well built, but the CEO has atarted tinkering with that too, to decrease the payout yo the workers (because they only care about the shareholders now).

The year-end profit sharing bonus is always a highlight.

The year end bonus is quite nice especially because the company is doing well financially. This may change with the reorganization of the business and products, and there has be discussion about changing the bonus method and changing from profit sharing to merit-based.

Our benefits, wellness programs and annual bonus structure

Our health benefits are amazing. Much better than most companies. Compensation and bonus structures are average-to-high.

Good compensation for managers but we really have to fight for fair compensation for our team.
