Most people care about the culture more than performance.
Meetings for the sake of meetings. Meetings that require full attendance but do not move the needle for half the room present. Especially frustrating in sales or customer support roles

Teamwork: great people working together with shared purpose.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Eliminate the people who are ineffective in their roles but are kept on because better hires cannot be found
