Everything. Don't steal from you employee's. Quit sacrificing service quality for our customers because of wallstreet. Quit treating your employees like trash. Stop moving the goal posts. Quit attacking wages, benefits, and jobs. Actually commit to safety. Reasonable time off.

Poor morale. Cheating of union agreements. Listen to your emplyee

Hire and promote good experience. Compensate salaried employees for hours worked. Improve bonus program
