Our guys are down to earth locally, but the upper management is only about profits
My manager is great, he as a person actually cares other than that not so good

The pay is pretty good
401K matching PLUS additional in lieu of pension
railroad retirement is the best out there
I will say, the benefits and healthcare with the railroad are fair

Vision and values is effective
The heritage that goes back 170 years and the fact that what we do matters. Communities depend upon us.
I really dint think there is the culture has gone diwn hill in the last few years. Weve been without a contract for 3 years
Not much, leadership has killed anything positive
