How would you compare interviewing at Booksy to other places you've interviewed?
So much more relaxed; I never met anyone in person. It made me a little nervous about if it was a real company, but everyone was *WONDERFUL* on the phone or Skype. Really loved my interview with HR; she was so encouraging, so uplifting. I really felt like I was in the right place. Good vibes from the get-go.
It was a very casual, yet honest and upfront interview, which is a perfect representation of the culture at Booksy. What you see is what you get with these people, and it was an extremely refreshing experience for me. Those who interviewed me acted the same in my interview, on my first day, throughout the first month and so on. They want to get to know you in an interview, therefore a casual conversation ensues versus a question-answer format.
