What's the Product team like at Booksy?
Scrappy! In the best way possible. Open ears, always taking in suggestions and never missing a beat when it comes to letting people know what the updates are and what's next on the road map.
How's the leadership on the Product team at Booksy?
In my experience, very good. They are very competitor focused which in this industry is key. They're relentlessly making sure Booksy has everything necessary to compete with the front runners of not only the app/user experience industry, but the health and beauty industry as well.
What does the ideal candidate in the Product department look like at Booksy?
Cannot fully answer that, but someone who definitely has some past experience being a product evangelist at another company. Someone who's on their toes since the product is always changing and evolving.

All of our employees are eligible for benefits the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
I love how Booksy has a open discussion about how to make the product better and implementing ideas that work. Another benefit I enjoy is the way our team communicates with our weekly meetings.

Great

Very helpful! Always available for questions (even though she was in a different country) and sent weekly-monthly updates on the product.
